Synth Britannia

One of the greatest music documentaries of all time. Highly recommended for anyone with even just a passing interest in the synthpop music of the 80s. Interviews with members of Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Kraftwerk, The Human League, New Order/Joy Division, Cabaret Voltaire, Depeche Mode, and many others. A joy to watch and hear.

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard

This legendary Melbourne band have made their entire catalogue “name your price”. Don’t be a stingey cunt, though; at least 5 bucks an album is fair.
But maybe wait until December 5th for the next Bandcamp Friday so they get more of your cash.

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard

David Hartley on Keith Jarrett

While I’m at it, I might as well add the first video of David’s that I watched. An incredible tale of an incredible album.

The last album in my cart was…

The Poisoner by White Crone, which I posted at the beginning of last month. I was originally leaving this until later in the year but after listening to the low-quality lossy samples again, I decided I really needed to hear the high quality lossless versions. Glad I did. Old skool metal at its best.

Next in the cart was Castle Rat

Their latest album was released Sept 19, 2025. Mesmerizing.

Listen to it while playing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim:D
